MODERN CONCEPT

This concept, initiated and modified by our architect designer, Mr Lazim based on Modern concept with suitable plants and element whic suitable with plants and flowers in a city which relatively hot and rain due to the changes of climate.

These modern concept must have the element of hardscape and softscape which combined together to enlighten the focus point of the modern house (build by rock) owned by customer. Client may request to propose their own ideas on modern concept.

The idea will comes out with the budget stated by client and will be implemented to a design sketched. It may be vary for every client since there are some elements already owned by client.
